At LAY LO Pets, we want your pet to love their new space as much as you do. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
