How do I choose the right size bed for my pet?

Are LAY LO duvet covers machine washable?
Yes, our covers are designed for easy maintenance. Simply unzip the cover, remove the orthopedic mattress, and machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the fabric's integrity.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beds that have been used by a pet.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I purchase replacement covers separately?
Absolutely. One of the benefits of LAY LO is the ability to swap covers to match your home decor. You can purchase standalone duvet covers in any of our limited-edition patterns.
